I didn't want coverage in 2018 but they auto enrolled me. I was charged 1050 dollars and they won't give it back.
I have coverage through my employer. My issue is I didn't know I was auto enrolled. I thought you had to sign up for coverage during enrollment period. I wish I never gave them access to my bank.
I tried to see if there was a cancellation process online but I couldn't find it. I tried removing my direct deposit but I couldn't. The only way you can cancel is to call them.
I told them at least I want it cancelled now but they won't until another 2 weeks on the 2-19 and today is 2-5. I called and escalated and that got my very little.
