It has been since Jan. 17th I have tried to resolve health insurance issues.
I have been misinformed and lied to. Representatives who promised they had expedited my claim never did and miraculously my records don't even indicate I called. This marketplace is a bunch of scam artists raping the American people with over inflated insurance costs. I applied, received an acceptance letter, sent in payment.
I then received a check for less than I had actually paid. I called and was told I had no insurance coverage. I was then told it takes 30 days for the expedited claim to be reviewed. If it needs to take 30 days then obviously they screw up A LOT and have many claims to review.
In the meantime I'm told to send 2 months payments for coverage I don't have and if I need to see a doctor I will have to pay out of pocket and only after my insurance is hopefully restored can I apply to be reimbursed. To say I am displeased with the service I have received from the marketplace and Florida Blue is a gross understatement.
