This is the worst possible organization in the government.Called to tell them what date to do a life change for my husband who is starting on medicare on April 1 I repeated myself at least 6 times to someone who repeated it back to me - all of a sudden when we were almost done with the call (that took about 1 hr.

because of her slow computer - she tells me oh it's March 2 and i said NO - are you kidding me - i told you March 31 and she says oh well you need to go to the the next tier to fix it . so she sends me to the next tier and they tell me it will take up to 30 days to fix it.

We already paid our $1564 premium for me and my husband and now he has no insurance for up to a month.THIS HAS GOT TO BE ILLEGAL.
