I've been trying to get a correct 1095A tax form from them and I've already spent 3hrs. on the phone with them.

I was told they would resolve the two issues on there. They called me back and said they couldn't because the information on there matches. I told them then they must have changed it. They said oh, ok well you will PROBABLY get another corrected 1095A in the mail.

Of course I haven't and I really don't want to spend another 90 minutes of my life talking to someone with no clue. HELP!!!

Reason of review: Need corrected 1095A.

Preferred solution: Send me the corrected form as I've spent 3hrs. on the phone.

Healthcare Gov Cons: Lack of proper training, Inability to help, Lack professionalism, Its going in circles talking to them.

I'm having the same issue here with trying to get a corrected 1095A form, only it's been going on for months. Half a dozen calls that last a minimum of 90 minutes each, and one incompetent rep after another.

I've had two escalations so far and still no positive results. This Obama-care garbage cannot go away soon enough for me.

I know what you're going through. These rude, ***, obnoxious ignoramouses at the Marketplace also refused to correct my 1095A even though my insurance company presented proof to them of my coverage.

It is the Marketplace who is breaking the law, not the citizens who are trying to do right. Oh well, what more can you expect from anything connected to Obama.

I have had the same experience, they want more information when I call. I give them my marketplace-assigned policy number, they want social security #, address, phone number, evidently they have caller id.

The only thing I wanted is to correct my 1095A. This is going on the third hour and I am still listening to please stay on the line.

Ugg...I'm so irritated with them. I need to call again but have no faith they will figure things out.

It's like talking to a 3rd grader and I'm being generous.

I'm still waiting on a correct 1095A form. These people at the marketplace are total imbeciles.

I feel as if I am talking to my 3 year old preschool class. Actually they could probably do a better job than these *** at the marketplace.

I have never seen such total incompetence in my life.
