I called the Healthcare Marketplace on yesterday to check on my coverage for 2018. I signed up in November 2017 I was told that someone called in on December 18, 2017 and cancelled my insurance.

I was told that I have to wait 30 days until my case is reviewed and right now I have no insurance. I never told anyone to cancel my Insurance. I paid my premium in December. I talked to a supervisor John Tanner and I was told to call back in a couple of days for a status update.

I called back today and spoke with someone name Dorenna Childress if that is her real name? she gave me a case number if that is a case number 90714MS00100****.

I need my Healthcare. I need to go to doctor.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $205.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
