During 2016, I switched jobs making more money. I did not change my plan of insurance, only my premium increased from $45+/mo to $150/mo which I understood.

I received (2) 1095 Forms, 1 had from months January-May, the 2nd had months June-July. I contacted the Marketplace in January and was told in their system I did not have medical insurance the remaining months of 2016 and was told to contact my medical insurance provided, United Healthcare which I did and was told by Aiden I had coverage all year-there were no lapses, terminations, or cancelations like what the Marketplace stated. I called the Marketplace on 2/2/17 and was told it would be escalated and that it can take 30 days for a resolution. To me, having work experience in 3 different type of call centers (DIRECTV, ATT, and medical billing) I find this to be very unacceptable.

Escalated anything is high priority whether it be an escalated person or escalated situation and it gets handled immediately before anything else. All of the representatives I have spoke with must be new because you never tell a patient/consumer you can't help them and then allow them to hang up without answers. I have been told there is nothing anyone can do other than ESCALATIONS and there is no one to get in touch with escalations-if they want to contact me they can but otherwise I can't contact them.

I was also told after several attempts to get this resolved that corporate's phone number is not available to consumers, yet when the representatives and supervisors can't get the issue resolved, don't know how to resolve the issue, or just simply won't I'm stuck waiting for an escalation team to get this resolved when I have already done a 3-way call with Marketplace and UHC!!!!!! It's not a lengthy process at all.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $10000.

I am going through the same thing. I did file a complaint but still got no where. I am still waiting for my corrected 1095 forms.

Yes I have the same issue and what was your result? I can not file my taxes until they send me a corrected 1095-A form in which this is causing for my taxes being held up
