I have been asking for a 1095-A from 2017 since the first week of February 2018 and it still has not been done. Healthcare.gov has submitted "feedback" and I have talked to supervisors and still nothing.

They say a Case Worker will call, but that has never happened. Healthcare.gov is a complete joke. A private company would be out of business if they treated their customers the way healthcare.gov treats consumers.

I have also filed complaints with the State Insurance Department (they can't help since healthcare.gov is a Federal Program), Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services and the Office of the Inspector General and still no resolution. The people on the phone do not even have the ability to talk to someone that can actually fix the problem.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

I didn't like: Constant runaround.
