Healthcare Gov - Disrespected due to being disabled

I m disabled and have contacted healthcare.gov but once I tell them I'm disabled I'm hung up on or transferred or placed on hold the local insurance company that I'm transferred to hangs up once I tell them I'm disabled. This is very frustrating and ungate treatment to fisble people
