Healthcare Gov - Rude agent
The agent I spoke to had to be told multiple times how to spell names and prescriptions but would cut you off when you tried to correct her. When her attempts to to locate were unsuccessful she would not try to fix errors.
She was very rude and uncaring. She did not want to help. At the end when I asked her for her name and notified her of her wrong I asked her if she could transfer me to another representative. She stated to argue with me about how I was being rude.
All I called for was a plan not to argue.
There was no need for her things to escalate since obviously Iโm asking for a different agent. Her name is Page Smith
