Healthcare Gov Customer Care Review
I just spend 52 minutes on hold!!! I was left a voice mail today, I tried to call them back! At first an automated system said that there would be a 20 minute wait. After sitting on hold for 52 minutes, I hung up. I am not happy about being forced to have health insurance and I certainly have better things to do than to sit on hold and not be answered. Sincerely, Pissed off customer!
