I started a 2014 application but never finished it due to website issues. Since then, every year when I need to get a 1095, I can't, says to verify identity with Experian. Here in pennsylvania.After finishing app, all the plans listed wont let me enroll. Error says (we are unable to located the plan info). Been trying for 2 weeks. The tax credits are useless if there are no affordable plans! My application is done , but there must be no plans avaiable is what i think, its bankrupt. I signed up for medical and dental on the website, and got confirmation. It said I would be contacted by my providers to pay. Then a healthcare.gov email said I did not sign up. The website had no record of my sign up. This has happened twice. Apparently the database is dropping my data. This is an egregious error. The same providers and plans were chosen as 2016.
